As Front of House/Sales Co-ordinator at Bliss Hair in Sherwood, you will hold one of the most vital positions in the business. You will be the face of Bliss, actively working with the senior team to drive the business forward.
You will play a key part in representing and promoting the Bliss brand vision, ethos & status at all times ensuring our clients not only look good but feel good too.

Responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating the efficient and profitable running of the salon,
- Motivating all salon staff
- Organising rotas
- Health and safety
- Administration
- Targets
- Networking management
You will deal with all staffing issues as the first point of contact and will lead the team in fulfilling their job roles by listening, caring & advising. You’ll give the best ideas, services & products resulting in delighted clients & increased turnover.
Previous sales or supervisory experience within a busy salon or similar environment is essential.
