24 Hour Cancellation Policy at Bliss Hair Salons, Nottingham & Loughborough

Dear Guests

At Bliss Hair Salons in Loughborough & Nottingham your appointments are very important to us. Prior to each appointment, careful time and preparation is often needed by our team members, in order to give you the best possible service.  We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP to avoid any charges.

Cancellation Fees

Since our services are reserved for you personally, the following cancellation charges will apply:

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice then the full charge will apply or will be added to your next appointment bill.

An unattended appointment will be classed as a ‘no show’ and the full charge will apply or will be added to your next appointment bill.

Please be aware that if you are unavoidably late and miss your appointment and we allocate you with a lower level stylist – the charge for the original stylist you booked in with will still apply.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Late Arrival Fees & Conditions

Please be aware that if you are unable to attend your appointment on time, you may have to wait for the next available stylist – the charge for the original stylist you booked in with will still apply.

The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
