My first time with Sarah but she came highly recommended - she has a lovely,warm manner and put me at ease instantly. We had a good chat about what I wanted doing and what would be best for my hair and face shape etc. I got a lovely head massage while my hair was being washed and Sarah finished me off with some curls as she knew I was going out this evening. She was happy to give tips on how to curl with straighteners and what products I might find helpful. A lovely way to spend an hour. I will be back. Thankyou

As always I had a great service. It’s a fantastic experience and love every moment. Went in looking a bit drab but stunning 3 hours later . My husband gawped and said wow you looking amazing , your hair is so bright and shiny . And yes I was a glam puss ‍

Yesterday I. Visited Bliss hairdressing salon in Sherwood Nottingham. I asked Tia for a short style as I am 83 and find a shorter style is easier to manage.

I was blown away by the result. I could not be more pleased. Booked again to return in a few weeks and this salon now my only choice of salon.

Emilie is fantastic and so are all the staff at Bliss honestly but Ive mostly had Emilie for the 5 years I have been going. As someone who is quite nervous about having length chopped off I really appreciate that Emilie talks you through what she is doing and why as well as being honest with how much length I need off to keep it healthy, which it certainly has been since Ive been at Bliss. I am also always so impressed how quickly she can look and get the idea of the inspiration pictures then translate it to what it would mean for my hair - feels like magic to me. Overall, it is clear that she is highly skilled, a great place for alternative people and a friendly cool environment. If youre thinking about booking just do it! Thanks Emilie, see you soon!

Honestly one of the nicest salon experiences ever. From start to finish I felt welcomed and looked after. Abbey did such a great job of my hair and was friendly, warm and professional throughout. My hair was washed with care and I was told what was happening throughout. The salon is air conditioned which is a bonus in the hot weather. I will go back here time and again for a great experience

I've recommended Bliss to friends since my first appointment some years ago and will continue to do so, I'm happy not to have to consider anywhere else.

I've been going to Bliss in Sherwood for probably about 20 years and they've always been fabulous. I've never had a treatment, cut or colour that was less than perfect. They're all lovely, but I've been with Sarah for years and really look forward to my appointments and a good catch-up. The salon has a super relaxed vibe. A great choice whether you like traditional colours and styles, something completely wild, or anywhere in between. It's also great watching each generation of apprentices work their way up, they're great at growing their own talent. The whole team has frequent skills and training away days on new cutting and colouring techniques so stay well up to date. They are LGBTQ+ and disability friendly.

Huge thanks to amazing Tia for providing the best experience donating my hair to LPT! The whole process went very smoothly and with great care and attention to detail. Thanks to Abbie for the support! I look forward to visiting again in future!

Liz was great as usual. Listened to how I wanted my hair doing. Was gentle and explained what she was doing a step at a time. Helped me to understand my hair health and what was happening to it. Then cut and styled it as discussed. Very happy!

I visited your old ashy road branch again and had a wash cut and blow dry with Melissa. She has cut and styled my hair a few times now and I will always try to get in with her. Her personality, customer service and hairdressing is excellent. I love it.I went in with some photos and she gave me the exact cut I was after offering suggestions and asking questions. I really like this salon. I have had my hair done by two of the stylists - Bryony and Emma - and I have never been disappointed.
I always feel like I am given time to say what I am after and then they work with you to offer suggestions and advise.
Even styling my hair they talk you through it so you can recreate it at home.

Always love coming to Bliss all the staff are friendly. Emma is a fantastic hairdresser, she always knows what I’m looking for and giving advice on hair treatments. Always having a chat which is always refreshing as it makes you feel relaxed and not rushed. Keep up the great work Emma. She’s an asset to you Bliss.

The hairdresser Chloe did my hair really well. I absolutely love the colour and every time someone asks where I get my hair done I immediately say about how good she is. She’s lovely, friendly and always has a smile on her face. It’s always a pleasure to talk to her.

All the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you.. Bryonie was really nice and gave me some advice on what I could do with my naturally curly hair.. I also let her choose which colours to use to sort my hair out as I was too indecisive and everyone has given nothing but compliments since leaving the salon.. brilliant service ??

Emma is a great hairstylist. Great experience in colouring and cutting. She really understands what I like. I like blow dries with a lot of volume. At Bliss I had the best blow dries ever.

I haven't been to a hairdressers in a very long time and was always worried about going back to one after so many bad experiences. Everyone at Bliss were so welcoming and made me feel at such ease from the moment I sat in the chair!

Always worried about getting my hair cut after a bad experience 3 years ago (not at bliss, somewhere different) but went 1st July and had Nicole who was so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away.
