Our training appointments are ideal for open-minded, patient clients who enjoy being part of the creative process and have a little flexibility with their time. Every appointment is fully supervised by a senior stylist or guest educator, so you can relax knowing you are in safe hands throughout.

Training sessions are designed to help our apprentices and rising stylists build confidence, refine techniques and gain valuable salon experience in a real salon environment.
Model Appointment Information
Training appointments work a little differently from regular salon appointments, so please read the following carefully before applying.
What To Expect
- Appointments take longer than standard salon visits as they are part of a learning environment
- Training sessions may only take place once or twice per month
- All services include a full consultation before work begins
- Some services may require a pre-consultation to assess suitability
- Colour appointments require a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment
- Please attend appointments alone due to limited salon space
- For longer appointments, we recommend bringing snacks, drinks or lunch
Consultations & Expectations
We believe honest consultations are key to achieving the best possible results during training appointments.
Before any service begins, we will discuss:
- Your desired result
- What is realistically achievable during a training appointment
- Any limitations within the training environment
- Hair history, condition and suitability for the service
Please note:
- Reference images must be shown during the consultation stage only
- New inspiration photos cannot be introduced once the service has started
- Models are agreeing to the discussed outcome before work begins
- Results are professional but may vary slightly within a training environment
- Training appointments are not suitable for guests expecting a fast, premium or VIP service at a discounted rate
We may occasionally decline, amend or reschedule appointments if hair condition, expectations or suitability do not align with the training objective.
Photography & Social Media
As part of the training process, all models must agree to photographs being taken throughout the appointment, including facial images. These images may be used for training records, marketing and social media purposes.
Supervised Training Environment
Every model appointment is overseen by a senior stylist or educator who supervises consultations, technical decisions and final results throughout the service.

Hair Extensions

Deposits & Payment
- Cutting and styling appointments are paid in full at the time of booking
- Colour appointments require a £30 deposit which is deducted from the final bill
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows
Follow-Up Appointments & Adjustments
As this is a training environment, any follow-up work or adjustments are carried out at the discretion of the salon and as part of the learning process.
Please note:
- Corrections are not guaranteed
- Further work cannot be carried out during busy salon trading hours
- Follow-up appointments will only be booked during training times or training days
- Models must be flexible with availability
