If there’s one person who knows Bliss inside out, it’s Becky!
With over 20 years at Bliss, Becky has grown alongside the business, progressing from her original Front of House role to becoming a Director of Bliss Hairdressing Ltd and the person responsible for keeping so much of the company running smoothly behind the scenes.
Working closely with Nick, Becky plays a central role in the day-to-day management and longer-term development of both our Nottingham and Loughborough salons.
Based at our Head Office at Sister Bliss in Loughborough, she oversees the company’s finances, administration, HR, employment matters and many of the operational systems that keep everything organised.
From supporting our salon managers and coordinating staff development to working with accountants, suppliers and external partners, Becky is involved in just about every aspect of the business.
Practical, level-headed and refreshingly down to earth, Becky brings experience, common sense and a calm, objective approach to everything she does. She’s often the person solving problems, organising the details and making sure things actually get done.
Although she’s never been a hairdresser herself, Becky is a hairdresser at heart. She understands the industry, loves seeing the team’s creativity and takes genuine pride in helping our people succeed.
Having been part of Bliss for more than two decades, she’s helped shape the business, supported countless team members and played an instrumental role in developing the company we are today.
And somehow, alongside all of this, Becky balances her busy career with being a mum of two!

Fun facts you might not know about Becky: Before her days running Head Office, Becky was in a girl band from the age of 16 to 20 and even worked as a podium dancer in nightclubs!
