Smashing experience! Lucie was amazing throughout this whole experience. I have mobility issues but she assisted me if I needed to move around the shop, and was very compassionate to my needs throughout the day. 4 hours of her life she spent battling my hair, and she won! I got the hair style and colour I was looking for, and was very comfortable throughout the experience! Service:5 Value:5 Result:5 Cleanliness:4 Atmosphere:5

Emily was fantastic as always!!!! Not only was hair amazing when I left she was so patient while my son caused havoc by escaping several times!

Had my hair cut this afternoon by Natasha for her apprenticeship practice. I just want to say what an absolutely fantastic job she did from start to finish she was so careful and thorough and pleasant, responding to feedback as she was given it from the lovely lady watching her progress and following any advice given to the letter. She gave me a beautiful new bob and a really relaxing experience. She's an absolute credit to you and is already/ will be an absolutely fantastic hairdresser. I wouldn't hesitate to have my hair cut by her again.

Wow. I have a massive phobia regarding going to the hairdressers. I explained this to somer on my colour testing appointment and she calmed me down. I have just had my main appointment with somer. And she has my hair turned an amazing shade of purple. I have never felt so relaxed and so at ease in a hairdressers. Somer was amazing, telling me each step and each product she was putting on my hair. Deffo recommend. Thank you somer.

Emilie was brilliant today. I went in thinking I wanted to cut my long hair into a short bob and after a consultation and discussion at length we decided to go below the shoulder and have a good cut and take the weight out of the hair making it more of a style. I am so glad we did as the result was just what I wanted. I was also considering colour and have an appointment in 8 weeks to go with it am so excited and also for Emilie to do it for me. I would definitely recommend her, thank you Emilie

Maisie, asked what service I wanted today, I explained I was growing my hair and it was decided that a tidy up was all that was required. I had a very relaxing head massage, while the conditioner worked. Maisie, started her work. She was friendly and professional. Throughout every step of the tidy up, I was happy with the cutting of my hair. Previously I had a blunt fringe but that has now changed to a choppy fringe. The products used in styling my hair were explained and I was aware, they were for sale in the salon. Finally, I was shown my hair in the mirror and really liked the way the back had been cut. There was a swift payment and I rebooked for June. Very pleased with Maisie's work and it would be a pleasure for her to style my hair again. Five stars.️️️️️

Absolutely will be returning. Friendly and helpful had a vivid colour pink and purple taking the plunge after so many years. Love love the result.
