I visited the salon today after having such a careful and thorough consultation with Liz about my colour and cut, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I used to come to the salon regularly before having my little ones, but over the years I’d started using semi-permanent hair dyes at home while my children were very young. I was desperate to lighten my hair, but was also apprehensive about whether this would now be possible. Liz explained everything so clearly and honestly, and made me feel confident and so excited about my colour journey. We’ve started the lightening process today, and I honestly can’t believe how healthy my hair feels! Liz is an absolute miracle worker. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and cares so much about getting the best results while keeping your hair super healthy. I’m so excited to continue my colour journey with her and couldn’t recommend Liz and the salon enough 🩷

Abbey was friendly and relaxed and that made me feel very relaxed too. I’m very happy with my haircut because she took the time to listen really carefully to what I wanted.

This was a consultation visit for a young friend of mine. Abbie was amazing. She put my young friend at ease, explained everything ready for her appointment. She went through what were definite no’s, what are favourites and did strand and patch tests. My young friend wanted a ‘blind’ colour and cut, after seeing mine, it’s to be her birthday treat. After meeting Abbie, she now has complete trust and faith in her, just like me. Thanks Abbie.

If I could give Abbey 6 stars, I would! Best haircut I’ve ever had. She was a total professional and great listener who gave me exactly the cut I asked for, but made it look better than I had ever imagined. I’ve always felt self-conscious about my limp fine hair but I am truly so so happy with how it looks now.

Very attentive, really great stylist and very welcoming! Checked in with me and made it a very relaxed experience. Made sure everything was alright and if I wanted any tweaks doing to my hair. Did an amazing job with my hair and made sure everything was perfect, I highly recommend abbey as a stylist!

10/10 service! Absolutely loved my experience with Ruby! I went in without any reference picture, just an idea in my head, and she understood exactly what I wanted. She kept the length of my long hair while giving it such a lovely shape and style, exactly how I had imagined it! She also recommended some great products and gave really helpful advice. The whole team was so welcoming, professional and genuinely listened to what I wanted rather than just doing the usual cut. As someone who is always nervous about cutting my long hair, I honestly couldn’t recommend Ruby and the salon enough. Best salon experience I’ve had. Thank you so much, Ruby! ️
