2019 Bliss Awards at Bliss Hair Salons in Nottingham & Loughborough – Recognising Teamwork & Talent
Every year, Bliss recognises the employees who have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty by taking the time to recognise them at our annual celebration. The long-anticipated Bliss Awards 2019 was a huge success, recognising the fantastic hairdressing and front of house team at Bliss Hair Salons in Nottingham & Loughborough.
Though everyone at Bliss gives 100%, these team members have a habit of giving 115%.
But 1st – again a massive thank you to everybody for working hard through a full 2018!

This award is based on number of clients done in 2018 & % of how many bottles of product have been taken home by them.

BLISS TREATMENT AWARD
The Prize – Trophy and either a meal for 2 or 2 tickets to ROCK CITY
This award is based on number of heads of hair done in 2018 & how many had additional hair treatments.
Emilie (BLISS LOUGHBOROUGH) – close 2nd place at 37%
WINNER: 1,434 heads of hair done in 2018, 635 had treatments – Emma (BLISS LOUGHBOROUGH) a MASSIVE 44%!
BLISS RETENTION AWARD
This award is for the Bliss team members for keeping the highest % of their clients in 2018

The Prize – Trophy and a Top Academy Course!
This is for the employee that goes out of their way to help others and is a real team player, who is focused on the bigger picture and always happy to help. The winner of this award just gets on & does what is required without question. She has coped well with events in 2018 & been an asset to the team & salon. This has resulted in her official promotion to Youngstar stylist.

MOST IMPROVED EMPLOYEE 2018
The Prize – Trophy & A Top Academy Course in Wet Shave & Barbering
The winner of this award has grown the most clients in 2018 & continued to strengthen her clientele while establishing herself as a strong stylist to be reckoned with. This is resulting in her promotion to Level 2 stylist:

This year the Special Award goes to 2 people, in recognition of them being here since they were apprentices & they have worked across all the salon including the original Bliss on Park Road in LOUGHBOROUGH.

This award goes to the winner for consistently performing to a high standard, being a team player, being punctual and having good attendance. For stepping up into her role in a commendable way, taking on new responsibilities, she always gets on with everything in a positive way, nothing is too much trouble. She is so helpful, always makes herself available or returns calls asap and is consistently focused on improving the business for everyone.
