If you simply must use heated styling tools, make sure you use protection! Your Bliss stylist can recommend the best heat protection products for your hair and even advise on the best way to style it without using heat! 

Try to avoid styles that cause too much tension at the roots or hairline, such as tight ponytails or tightly braided styles. If your hair is pulled too tight or for too long, it can result in thinning hair, hair loss and a receding hairline.
