Team Bliss Celebrate Their Biannual Team Day For All Bliss Hair Salons in Nottingham & Loughborough

Setting goals and making sure we hit them consistently is a huge part of the success of the team at Bliss Hair Salons in Nottingham & Loughborough. With this in mind we got the whole team together in Loughborough for a Bliss Team Day to review our goals and reward hard work!

Regularly Reviewing Our Team Goals

In February, salon owner Nick Tedd set team and business goals for Bliss Hair Salons. Keeping track and regularly reviewing goals is important to us not just personally but so that we can progress as the expert hair stylists in Nottingham & Loughborough.

The day was about reconnecting the whole team from all of our hair salons, making sure that we are all on the same page and giving our goals and plans a refresh.

Nick opened the day with a recap of the plans made in February and then handed over to Leeane & Fran to see where we are in reaching our goals.

Team Bliss Presentations

Lauren & Skye delivered a presentation on the latest consultation techniques to ensure that we continue to be the best hairdressers in Nottingham & Loughborough. They both recently attended a 2 day hairdressing industry story event in London – Inspirational Minds – and they fed back to us all that they learned whilst there.

We are extremely fortunate that we have Emma in Team Bliss, as Emma has a Jet degree in colour! Emma has completed her MCA (Master Colour Award) and did a presentation for the team on all that she learned. The team were delighted to gain new skills in colour selection and techniques, thanks Emma!
Creative Director Liam delivered a Dreamcoat workshop, and even performed a demonstration on Leeanne. He used Dreamcoat on one half of Leeanne’s hair, to show what results can be achieved by using this wonder product. 

Team Promotions at Bliss Hair Salons

At Bliss Hair Salons in Nottingham & Loughborough, our staff are valued members of the Bliss family. We always ensure that our team are rewarded well and supported by their leaders & managers. 3 of our Team Bliss members have stood out this year, meeting and even exceeding their goals and their managers recommended them for a promotion, congratulations to Dani, Skye & Emilie on moving up a level!

We concluded our Team Bliss Day Out with the announcement of the promotions & a celebratory drinks party at The Organ Grinder in Loughborough.
