I came to Bliss today for my little bit of me-time - a cut and root/colour refresh.
Sarah gave me a consultation, plan of action, top quality hair colour products, a lovely head message with my rinse followed by an expert cut and stylish finish.
The salon is always clean and has a friendly atmosphere. There’s also lots of art throughout the salon which is lovely to look at.
So a professional and friendly service - plus it’s practically on my doorstep.
Warm welcome, they sorted out a possible problem with the booking very easily, Stylist asked for my input throughout the appointment, I'm very pleased with the result, offered tea/coffee when I arrived. Altogether a very uplifting experience.
Emilie always makes me feel very comfortable. She’s a real asset to the salon

Both the atmosphere and service i recieved were wonderful, friendly and patient staff.
Abigail was also very helpful with my questions and gave some great tips for my haircare.
I’m always so happy with my visits here. The service is consistently excellent – the staff are friendly, polite and helpful, and the whole experience feels welcoming. My hairdresser always takes the time to really listen to what I want, offers great advice, and delivers a fantastic cut every time. I leave feeling confident and really pleased with my hair. Highly recommend!

A visit to Bliss Loughborough means one thing - fabulous hair! Emilie always takes the time to discuss any of my hair concerns and always has suggestions for a new look. I love her energy and professionalism! And after visiting Bliss for over 20 years I know the team is always committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
After my cut and colour, I feel like I've got my mojo back. It looks so much better and needs no styling whatsoever. I'd definitely recommend going short and purple with Sarah Lou to keep it sharp!

After years my hairdresser has left. I have short curly hair from going to super long to super short. My old hairdresser cut and taught me to style my short hair and I was a bit nervous to have a new hair dresser. I cannot sing Abbey's praises enough. She listened to me try and explain what my old hair dresser used to do. Not only did she repeat it, she made my hair look incredible. She knew EXACTLY how to style naturally curly hair and it was a wonderful experience. I love the haircut I walked away with and I cannot thank this new hair stylist enough. Thank you for everything.

Liz at Sister Bliss on Old Ashby Road is amazing. Lovely to talk to, made me feel relaxed. Her cutting gave me a great style and her colour choice consultation and the treatment she gave me was gorgeous. She gave me great advice whilst listening to my grey covering needs etc. Loved the whole experience. It is pricey but in line with other hairdressers and worth the price to get colour drenched fashionable, glossy hair. Thank you Liz

The service was good. Stuff really friendly. Not fully happy about the price. I came for a cut for my 7 years old boy. I paid around £45 as for an adult. Maybe a bit expensive. Price could have been adjusted.
Had my hair coloured, cut and tape in extensions all amazingly done by Abbey. From my consultation and all throughout my appointment she was brilliant. I’m absolutely loving my new hair and 100% recommend Abbey and this salon. Everyone who I’ve met who works there has been welcoming and professional. Thanks again!

Abigail cut my hair for the first time on Friday & I was a happy bunny after. She’s a delight to have work on your locks. You’ll know, I’ve been coming to Bliss since Adam was a lad & I think she’s the first person who felt right at home cutting & styling my hair. Very chatty, polite & just felt I’d been seeing her for ages. Will definately be booking her again. For her young age she’s very confident and an asset to the team. Good choice Nick
I always love the way Emilie cuts and styles my hair. She takes time to talk through ideas with me properly and gives really helpful advice.
Somer has been doing my hair for exactly a year now and she has given me the hair of my dreams. After coming to her for the first time to fix my badly bleached with different shades and bleach lines everywhere a week before my wedding it’s been the perfect very light blonde hair ever since.
I now have the most amazing coral peekaboo panel and I get complemented on my hair all the time.

I was so nervous about getting my curly hair cut I had put it off for far too long. Emilie put me right at ease, talked me through every step, was super gentle on my head sore scalp and gave me an incredible curly cut. I'm really grateful and will be back soon!

I visited your old ashy road branch again and had a wash cut and blow dry with Melissa. She has cut and styled my hair a few times now and I will always try to get in with her. Her personality, customer service and hairdressing is excellent. I love it.I went in with some photos and she gave me the exact cut I was after offering suggestions and asking questions. Emma from the loughborough branch cut my hair. It was very important to me as i was about to loose my very long hair and attempted to go for a bob cut, ready to donate it off. So pleased with my cut and emma never disappoints.. Absolutely wonderful xx

I really like this salon. I have had my hair done by two of the stylists - Bryony and Emma - and I have never been disappointed.
I always feel like I am given time to say what I am after and then they work with you to offer suggestions and advise.
Even styling my hair they talk you through it so you can recreate it at home.
Always love coming to Bliss all the staff are friendly. Emma is a fantastic hairdresser, she always knows what I’m looking for and giving advice on hair treatments. Always having a chat which is always refreshing as it makes you feel relaxed and not rushed. Keep up the great work Emma. She’s an asset to you Bliss.

The hairdresser Chloe did my hair really well. I absolutely love the colour and every time someone asks where I get my hair done I immediately say about how good she is. She’s lovely, friendly and always has a smile on her face. It’s always a pleasure to talk to her.
All the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you.. Bryonie was really nice and gave me some advice on what I could do with my naturally curly hair.. I also let her choose which colours to use to sort my hair out as I was too indecisive and everyone has given nothing but compliments since leaving the salon.. brilliant service ??

Emma is a great hairstylist. Great experience in colouring and cutting. She really understands what I like. I like blow dries with a lot of volume. At Bliss I had the best blow dries ever.
I went to the salon in Loughborough.
I haven't been to a hairdressers in a very long time and was always worried about going back to one after so many bad experiences. Everyone at Bliss were so welcoming and made me feel at such ease from the moment I sat in the chair!
Cannot thank stylist Emma enough for her help and advice on what would be the best for my hair and my preference!

Got a last minute booking for an 'up do' Danielle was brilliant. Really listened too what I wanted and did a wonderful job. She did it in great time and was very friendly. Great price too! Highly recommended.
Always worried about getting my hair cut after a bad experience 3 years ago (not at bliss, somewhere different) but went 1st July and had Nicole who was so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. She made my hair look great and did everything I wanted. Will definitely return !! Thank you!!
